At Rotary Dunedin Central, we don’t just talk about change we roll up our sleeves and make it happen. Our projects are the heartbeat of our club, turning passion into purpose and ideas into action. Whether we’re planting trees, mentoring youth, delivering medical supplies overseas, or organising community events, every initiative is driven by one goal: to make a meaningful difference.

Locally, we’re hands-on coordinating clean-up days, supporting schools, running fundraisers, and helping out wherever we’re needed. Our annual pea straw fundraiser fuels both gardens and good causes, while the Dunedin Brick Show brings joy to families and raises funds for children’s charities. We also help light up the city with our Christmas Window Decorating Competition, spreading festive cheer and supporting local businesses.

Globally, we’re part of something even bigger. Through Rotary’s international network, we contribute to life-changing efforts like disaster relief, clean water projects, disease prevention, and education programs in communities that need it most. Every dollar raised and every hour volunteered helps build a better, fairer world.
