Join us as we welcome David Barnes to discuss the latest Rotary Australia - New Zealand wide Rotary Falls Prevention Project.
Every year, thousands of older New Zealanders suffer serious injuries or lose their lives from a fall, yet most of these accidents are preventable. The Rotary South Pacific Action on Falls project is preparing a community effort to share simple, daily safety habits that we can all support to keep our loved ones safe. By spreading this message together, we can help protect and strengthen the independence of senior people in our communities, ease the strain on hospitals, and save lives.
