Health and Well Being

St Clair Walk 1, Start at the Esplanade and finish at the Esplanade.  We will gather at the St Clair carpark on the Esplanade, just past the Spirit House Thai restaurant and the Esplanade Motels. The walk is along the top of the sand dunes so be prepared for sandy shoes.  Hopefully a hot chocolate/coffee/etc at the end at Starfish.  This is half the walk on pages 38 and 39.  If keen, and time permits, we could walk along Second Beach.
