Rotary Scholarships

The history of Rotary Scholarships dates back to 1947 when the Rotary Foundation launched its first educational program, the Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study. The initial goal was to promote international understanding and goodwill by providing scholarships for graduate-level studies in various fields. In 2013, the Rotary Peace Centers expanded to include a professional development certificate program, further enhancing opportunities for individuals working in the field of peacebuilding and conflict resolution.

Additionally, Rotary has initiated various scholarship programs tailored to specific areas of study, including global grant scholarships for graduate studies, vocational training team scholarships for practical training, and cultural exchange scholarships for young adults.
